BOS1964 is a family firm whose speciality is providing design solutions in the field of executive furniture. After five decades of experience in the industry, characterised by a closely supervised process of sales and production, BOS provides a service that can meet even the highest of demands.
BOS contacted Mucho in order to renovate their catalogues.
At first, we decided to create a tagline to define their activity: “The executive furniture company”. The main costumers for BOS are architects: that’s why we got to create a graphic language to connect with them. This language is based on the shapes and proportions of Mies van Der Rohe’s architecture. These shapes have natural textures directly taken from BOS’s products, which show the high quality materials they use for all of their furniture. The colour palette is distinctive, and a chromatic code helps to differentiate and identify the catalogues and product types.
Another close relation to architecture are the illustrations created by Judit Maldonado based on architectural sketches which showcase every single strategic value of the brand. They remind us that we find the human value behind every product.
