Vudoir is a fashion social media app which helps its community to decide what to wear or buy.
Feeling good with our image gives the best version of ourselves. Vudoir’s community is all about beauty and style. Users help each other when they are ‘iffy’ about what piece of clothing they should chose to wear. How? Users upload two photos of the clothes they are doubtful about and the community vote which of the two pics they like best.
Mucho designed Vudoir’s new brand identity, being the challenge to communicate the genuine brand’s spirit and reason why. The rounded typography was conceived to emphasize the fun and young touch that defines Vudoir. The first letter of the brand, the V, was created as a totally symmetrical icon with the idea to be perceived as a letter and also as a heart, simulating a the iconic like symbol related to social networks. The heart is also a symbol for love, which related to the love of the community for a pic, or the love for oneself a user might develop. Likewise, the V icon is placed right at the centre of the app, which also is the axis between users photos.
