Gabrielle Chanel, a fashion manifesto.

The exhibition “Gabrielle Chanel: A Fashion Manifesto” showcased the life’s work of the famous French fashion designer (1883-1971) at the Palais Galliera, Paris’ fashion museum.

Mucho was tasked with art directing and designing the exhibition catalog. We utilized subtle typesetting details, using the bespoke Chanel font by Karsten Luecke, as well as contemporary photography shot by Julien T. Hamon, to achieve an aesthetic that pays tribute to Chanel’s timeless yet groundbreaking designs. Additionally, we designed a limited-edition case specifically for Maison Chanel, targeting a selected audience.
