Feeling local when you travel
Naming, corporate identity and website for a short term apartment rent service in Barcelona. Analyzing the product we realized that the brand’s key differential value was the location of its apartments. Although not very central, the apartments are located in a typically barcelonian neighborhood, and this allowed the clients to experience the Barcelona lifestyle in a really authentic manner. The naming is a mix of the words local and global; and the logo –a ‘g’ with the famous pointer from internet maps – is a reference to location. On the other hand, the website makes the most out of the editorial possibilities of the responsive technology and structure, with a strong use of photography and typography. The content gathers detailed images from interiors and informations about important points from the area to highlight the local aspect of these apartments and the brand.
