La Querola d’Ordino is a unique project, whose most distinguishing element is that, in its morphology and implementation, it becomes a natural extension of the terrain. The imposing silhouette of the building simulates a stratified granite rock, so characteristic of this valley. It is a project of 51 luxury homes in the Ordino Valley, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. It is a work that began to be projected in 2008, by the famous French architect Jean Nouvel, in collaboration with the architects Josep Ribas and Jordi Sala.

As part of the project, we created a narrative based on 4 pillars: Sustainability, balance, refuge and genuine. We established an art direction and created a set of photographs for use in communications. We also designed an OOH campaign and updated their online presence with a new website.

Four strong pillars

The brand narrative is rooted in four strong pillars: Sustainability, Balance, Refuge and Genuine.

Sustainability means a responsible way of living. La Querola respects the rights of the mountain. It is a structure that forms part of its natural setting.

Balance is a reflection of the architecture and its perfect harmony with the surroundings.

An exclusive place in the mountains, a Refuge that goes beyond a home, offering tranquil protection and freedom.

Another style of living is Genuine, an affirmation of difference, a change in spirit.

Capturing the beauty of La Querola

Mucho alongside renowned photographer Javier Tles art directed and created a set of photographs reflecting the four pillars of the project as well as capturing the beauty and versatility of these unique luxury homes.
