Project produced in collaboration with Mau Morgó Studio. This is the second edition of the Mercat d’Idees Disseny, a congress dedicated to entrepreneurship and investement in design and new technologies. The image is centered in the connexion needed for the best ideas to happen, as the forum itself is a space for investors to meet designers. Connexion relates to dots connecting to generate ideas, to people meeting to generate projects, to investment finding ideas to produce profit. The key to the visual language is it’s movement, relating it to the fact that new technologies were also important to the project. Through the generation of a 3D model, the different printed versions are points of view of this model being constructed. The moving version is used for the digital applications, and finally we created a physical reproduction of the model in tinted aluminum, to translate the image into the exhibition format.
