A historic brand perceived too narrowly
Alianza has the heritage, the catalogue and the cultural authority, but the brand had outgrown its own perception. While it was still largely seen through the lens of its past, its catalogue already connected classics, contemporary voices and emerging ideas.
The challenge was to close that gap, making visible the breadth, relevance and cultural ambition already there, and evolving a historic publishing imprint into a living cultural brand for today’s readers and new generations.
