Homeroom

We created the Film poster and campaign materials for Homeroom, Peter Nick’s latest documentary following the class of 2020 at Oakland High School in a year marked by seismic change.

The design solution transforms the gesture of raising a hand in class into a raised fist. The expression marks students’ fight through the difficult year rocked by COVID-19, school policing and police killings, as well as their relentless determination to make change on a school and systemic level.
