Top music producer (and long time Mucho client) Javier Limón decided to write his memoir and asked us to design it.

The book divides the content between two interacting parts; the running text explaining his life and how he made a name for himself as a producer; and the anecdotes of working with some of the most iconic artists in Spanish music – from Paco de Lucía to Alejandro Sanz and many more. The cover and opener concept comes from the idea that Javier Limón is both a silent observer of tradition and history and a re-interpreter; as if he had a time machine, we see typography in the middle of Spanish traditional drawings.
