AI when used correctly can help make our lives more efficient and help us do our jobs more effectively. In this case AI is being used to help review invoices for large companies which could include hundreds of thousands of data entry points. Previously this has been handled by humans and is prone to human error. OpenEnvoy are using AI technology to essentially increase the profitability of companies. They are all about the ‘bottom line’. We used this analogy to create a new brand identity for OpenEnvoy —Stripping away the unnecessary clutter to leave a brand identity that talks directly to the benefit of the product — Using AI to help improve the ‘bottom line’.

We developed a simple, honest, straight talking visual and verbal language to explain the benefits of the OpenEnvoy platform. For Example, the homepage of the website simply updates in real-time the amount of money that OpenEnvoy has saved its customers so far. Clever, straight talking headlines talk to the benefits of the platform — Ready. Set.Done. — Pay us once, so you never have to pay the same vendor twice.

While AI is a complicated technology to understand, the benefits of what this technology can help us achieve should always be communicated in a very simple way — AI should help simplify our lives rather than make them more complex.

One of the biggest challenges for a small company is the need to test go-to-market with relatively little signal. What the team at Mucho provided us with is a lightweight & therefore efficient framework to test copy, content, and imagery as we scale.
