Two wine enthusiasts partnered to simplify wine understanding for the Dutch, launching an online platform backed by the expertise of the country’s top six sommeliers and a selection of finest wines.

Mucho stepped in to shape the brand’s identity, establishing “Sommos” as the company’s name – a palindrome derived from “sommelier”. The word resonates with Latin “sumus,” meaning “together”, reflecting the unity of the six founders.

The logo illustrates a corkscrew spiral through the “mm” in “Sommos”, becoming a visual element across the brand’s collateral. The colourful textures and geometric typography further infuse creativity into the brand’s image.
